• Always wear the recommended safety equipment and follow safety precautions.
• Slight color variations are possible between different lot numbers. We recommend mixing paint from different lot numbers together to achieve consistent color results.

• Surface preparation varies by surface. Please review the TDS for detailed information.
• Application Temperatures: 50-120 F (Regular Cure) and 40-80 F (Low Temp Cure).
• Do not apply until the surface has been properly prepared. If the substrate is not properly prepared, failure of the product to adhere to the substrate may occur.
• All sealers, chemical contaminants, grease, oil, and other foreign material must be removed.
• Surfaces must be clean, dry, and structurally sound.

• Do not apply over expansion joints. Do not apply if surface temperature is within 5 degrees of dew point.
• Always apply a test patch for approval prior to application.
• Mix 4:1 by volume. Mix four parts Base (Part A) to one part Hardener (Part B) with a 400-600 RPM explosion-proof variable speed drill and Jiffy mixer.
• Both the Base and the Hardener must be agitated separately prior to mixing. Use immediately after mixing. No induction time needed. Thinning is not recommended.
• POT LIFE @75 F for 60 to 90 Minutes (Regular Cure); 60 Minutes (Low Temp Cure).
• Applying Ultra Grip with a phenolic roller will produce a uniform ridged surface. Apply with a trowel/squeegee if a smoother surface is desired.
• Immediately after mixing, pour a ribbon of the mixed material measuring approximately 2-3 feet long and 6 inches wide onto the surface.
• Phenolic Roller: Pull the material towards you using some pressure. Do not over roll material as this can decrease the anti-slip traction. Roll material only in one direction. Strike off any excessive material buildup on edges from roller nap. The spread rate is approximately 30-40 sq ft per gallon.
• Trowel/Squeegee: Pour 2-3 feet wide ribbon. Hold trowel/squeegee at 45 degree angle and pull material toward you. Apply an even thickness at a coverage rate of approximately 40-50 sf ft per gallon.
• CLEAN UP: Clean spills, splatters, tools, and equipment promptly with mineral spirits or paint thinner.
