RETURNS


    

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.
    • 

  • Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
    • 

  • If SlipDoctors provides a prepaid return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
    • 

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
    • 

  • SlipDoctors is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.

  • Returns from international locations outside the United States are not accepted.

WARRANTY


DELIVERY GUARANTEE:


    

  • SlipDoctors will endeavor to prepare your shipment so that it arrives safely and undamaged. If, during the normal course of transit, the product becomes significantly damaged and arrives leaking or broken, or is lost in transit, SlipDoctors will reship the product as soon as possible provided we are notified timely (within 10 business days) and a picture of the damage(s) is provided to us. Please submit your inquiry to support@slipdoctors.com and include your name, order number, and any pictures.

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY:


    

  • SlipDoctors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use or the inability to use the product. Before application, Buyer shall determine the suitability of the product for the intended use, and Buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. Product testing is always recommended before full application. The Buyer assumes all risks and responsibility associated with the disposal of the product. SlipDoctors cannot eliminate all possibilities of slip-and-fall accidents.

  • All properly installed SlipDoctors products are guaranteed to increase the coefficient of friction of the surface for two (2) years, provided appropriate surface preparation and cleaning procedures are followed and no contaminants are present. SlipDoctors shall, at its option, replace only the product. This warranty does not apply to any services or labor provided by the customer, contractors, or other service technicians. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the product only. Any additional products needed or requested will be charged full MSRP plus shipping.  This warranty does not cover (i) color differences, normal color fading, gloss loss, damages due to moisture or contamination, loss of traction, or issues caused by exposure to sunlight, wind, or water; (ii) abrasion or burnishing due to scrubbing, traffic, or other wear and tear; (iii) cracking, chipping, blistering, or peeling caused by structural expansion and contraction, settling, or other movement of building components, by excessive heat exposure, or by water intrusion; (iv) film degradation or discoloration due to mold or mildew; or (v) damages or bonding issues resulting from improper surface preparation or coating application, extraordinary or catastrophic events, or failure to perform regular maintenance.
