SlipDoctors Premier Seal is a professional acrylic non-slip sealer designed to protect surfaces while improving traction in exterior and high-traffic environments. It creates a durable protective barrier that helps resist water intrusion, staining, chemical exposure, UV damage, and everyday wear while enhancing slip resistance underfoot.

This versatile anti-slip sealant performs across a wide range of properly prepared surfaces, including concrete, pavers, natural stone, masonry, sealed tile, composite decking, vinyl flooring, wood, and previously painted areas. It is especially well suited for patios, driveways, garage floors, pool decks, commercial kitchens, and outdoor entertaining spaces where both durability and safety matter.

Particularly effective on stamped and decorative concrete where added traction is needed without compromising appearance.

Whether applied to concrete, pavers, composite decking, or tile, Premier Seal enhances grip while preserving the natural appearance of the surface. Available in Matte or Gloss finishes, it allows you to choose a subtle low-sheen look or a richer enhanced finish without compromising performance.

For unsealed ceramic or porcelain tile where the primary objective is simply to increase slip resistance without adding a protective coating, SlipDoctors Stone Grip is typically recommended. Stone Grip chemically treats the tile surface to improve traction without sealing it. Premier Seal, by contrast, is intended for situations where you want to seal, protect, and enhance slip resistance in one application.

  • For exterior applications, check weather conditions to ensure rain or dew is not expected before the product has fully cured. Avoid evening or night applications due to cooler temperatures. Lower temperatures and higher humidity will extend drying time. Do not apply when temperature and humidity are near or below the dew point.
  • Ensure the surface is dry, clean, and free of oil, wax, dirt, loose paint, and other contaminants. If necessary, remove old paint down to the original surface.
  • Mixing: Do not thin. Use a drill mixer or hand stir thoroughly from the bottom up before first use and each time the product is poured into the tray to ensure even additive distribution.
  • Test Area: Sample testing is recommended to confirm suitability and performance. Apply in an inconspicuous area and allow to fully cure before evaluating results.
  • Application: Apply using a 3/8” nap roller to evenly coat the surface. Avoid puddling in low areas and roll out immediately if puddles occur. Apply two thin coats rather than one thick coat for best performance. Wait 6–8 hours between coats and apply the second coat at a right angle to the first. Allow 24 hours after the final coat before normal foot traffic.
