- Do you sell your products at any local stores?

We sell products on our website www.slipdoctors.com and online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay and Walmart.com. Currently, our products are not available for purchase in retail locations.

- Can I become a distributor of your products?

Yes! Please contact us to receive information about our business opportunity to become an authorized SlipDoctors Solution Provider.



- How do I return a product for refund?

Products that are unopened and unused may be returned in original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Customers that wish to return opened/used products should send an email to rma@slipdoctors.com to tell us about your return. Please include your name and order number when possible. Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns. A 20% restocking fee for opened/used products may apply. Please refer to SlipDoctors’ Return Policy for further details.

- Can I receive a refund for products after 30 days?

Please send an email to rma@slipdoctors.com and include your name, order number and the details of why you wish to return the product.

- Do I pay for shipping when returning a product?

Customer is responsible for paying shipping charges for returns. SlipDoctors is not responsible for loss or damage of return packages while in transit. Many couriers offer insurance at additional charge to protect against any loss/damage.



- When will I receive my tracking number?

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

- Do you offer same-day shipping?

Generally, orders received by 12:00pm CST Monday-Friday will ship the same day.

- Will I receive free shipping on international orders?

Free ground shipping is only available within the United States. Please email support@slipdoctors.com to receive an international shipping quote.

- Can I request overnight shipping?

With the exception of international shipments and hazardous products, overnight shipping is available for an additional charge. We are happy to ship overnight packages using your company’s courier account number if needed. Ground shipments sent to locations in Texas, Oklahoma and some areas in Louisiana could have one day transit time once shipped. 

- Can I pick up my order from your location?

Please contact us to discuss local pick up availability since we do not have a retail location.



- How do I rent an American Slip Meter or BOT?

Rentals: We have several ASM Slip Meters and BOT-3000E units available for rent or purchase. Please complete the Rental Agreement for the unit you wish to rent. Submit the completed form via fax to 214-666-3225 or via email to orders@slipdoctors.com.

Purchases: Please contact us for a price quote.

- How long can I rent a Slip Meter?

The standard rental period is three business days. Additional days are available for an extra fee. Transit time of the rental unit via FedEx is not part of the Rental Period.

- What components are included with my rental?

ASM rentals include instructions, testing solution and sensors.

BOT 3000E rentals include instructions, testing solution, sensors, battery and recharging port. Optional accessories for BOT rentals such as Sensor Reconditioning Tool, NSFI/ANSI B101.3 Standard and Leather Sensors are available for rent/purchase for an additional fee.



- Where can I find detailed information about each product?

Installation Instructions and Safety Data Sheets can be found in the “Specifications” tab for each product. These documents can be downloaded for easy reference.
