Our Safety Spray Anti-Slip solution is an acrylic aerosol spray that provides a clear, hard, finely textured finish on a variety of surfaces. It is a virtually invisible spray coating for wood that is an excellent option if you want to keep the look of your surfaces.

This product is a convenient, easy-to-apply anti-slip spray acrylic for wood that is perfect for treating small or irregularly shaped surfaces. Besides wood, it can also be used on vinyl, linoleum and many other surfaces, including areas where wet conditions are present.

This product is a lead-free and chemical-resistant clear coat spray for wood. It is also a barefoot- and paw-friendly solution, making it ideal for use on both interior and exterior surfaces where slip resistance is needed. This non-slip clear spray is quick and easy to apply and one can will cover up to 15 square feet. It is very easy to clean and durable enough to last even with heavy foot traffic.

Application Instructions:

• Step 1: Avoid evening and night applications when possible due to cooler temperatures. At lower temperatures or higher humidity, extra time will be required for the non-slip spray to dry. Do not apply when temperature and humidity are near or below the dew point.
• Step 2: Surface should be dry, clean, and free of oil, wax, dirt, loose paint, and other contaminants. If necessary, remove old paint down to the original surface.
• Step 3: Mix contents of can well by shaking until the ball rattles within the can. Once the ball rattles, continue to shake vigorously for 2–3 minutes. During use, shake can intermittently for 10 seconds to keep the product mixed.
• Step 4: Spray 6–12 inches away from surface in a sweeping motion during application. When applying, note that 2–3 light coats will cure, protect, and look better than one heavy coat.
• Step 5: If spray stops or is irregular, turn can upside down and spray for 2–3 seconds to clear nozzle. Wipe tip, shake can, and resume.
• Step 6: IMPORTANT: Before storing a partial can, clean the valve immediately after use. To clean, hold can upside down and spray until only clear gas comes out (approximately 3 seconds). Then wipe tip and store. If spray nozzle becomes clogged, remove and clean in lacquer thinner.
