Extra Grip Rubber Additive

I used the Slip Doctors Extra Grip Rubber Additive on my diving board refinishing project. I used Dura Grip Light Gray by itself coat the underside and sides of the diving board. I then added 4 Tablespoons of the Extra Grip Rubber Additive to the remainder of the quart of paint, which was about 1/3 left or so. One thing to mention is that I noticed the Rubber Additive sort of “soaked” up the paint. I wouldn’t say that it actually absorbs the paint but the added surface area is what “soaks” up the paint. For example, if I hadn’t used the Rubber Additive I believe I would have gotten two coats of paint of what I had left for the top. Instead I got one coat of the remainder of the paint. Hopefully that makes sense. Anyways I’m very pleased with the result. The diving board has a nice finish. The Rubber Additive made a softer anti slip surface.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this review. Team SlipDoctors
