The easy-to-use clear non-slip topcoat paint is ideal for a wide variety of indoor or outdoor applications. Typical applications include protecting flake or chip decorative floors, quartz, epoxy, and other polyurethane coatings. This is an ideal for the final protective coat on garage or warehouse floors. Do not use outside or on tiles. A typical application will be on previous epoxy-coated floors. This non-slip clear topcoat paint is designed for application in showrooms, garages, factories, assembly plants, labs, institutions, chemical processing plants, or virtually any other area needing great aesthetics with maximum durability.

Mixing

• Stir Part A and Part B separately to a uniform consistency. Do not vary proportions.
• Topcoat is prepared by pouring one full gallon of Base (Part A) into a separate container. Then, add Hardener (Part B) and the entire container of Extra Grip Clear additive and mix using a slow speed explosion proof variable speed drill with a Jiffy mixer. 3. Make sure the material is thoroughly mixed.
• Do not thin.
• POT LIFE: Four (4) Hours @ 75oF (23oC).

Application

• Apply using a 3/8” nap roller.
• Roll in the same direction, always keeping a wet edge.
• Do not over roll product.
• See chart below for cure times.
• For safety and proper product curing, good ventilation is necessary when painting indoors or in confined areas.

Recoat Time

• @ 75oF (23oC) - Minimum: 8 Hours Maximum: 24 Hours

Clean Up

• Clean spills, splatters, tools, and other equipment promptly with mineral spirits or paint thinner.

Maintenance

• Use a pH-neutral degreaser with a deck brush and low-pressure rinse. Wait at least seven (7) days after application before cleaning.
