Normally Soiled Floors

Add 1 oz of Maintain Grip to 1 gallon of warm water: Apply the diluted solution to the floor surface using a wet mop. Aggressively scrub the floor with a deck brush. Do not allow the solution to dry on the surface. Mop up soiled solution or squeegee to drain. Rinse or dry mop floor surface using potable water. Dry floor surface using a dry mop or squeegee.

Concrete and Heavily Soiled Areas

Add 4 oz of Maintain Grip to 1 gallon of warm water: Apply the diluted solution to floor surface using a wet mop and allow to stand on the area to be cleaned for 3-5 minutes. Aggressively scrub the floor with a deck brush. Do not allow the solution to dry on the surface. Mop up soiled solution or squeegee to drain. Rinse or damp mop floor surface clean using potable water. Dry floor surface using a dry mop or squeegee.
