Bonding Agent for Non-Slip Coatings and Paints
- SlipDoctors® Bonding Agent is exclusively designed to maximize the bond of coatings and paints on those hard-to-coat substrates.
- crafted to enhance adhesion for coatings on hard-to-coat surfaces, reducing risks of peeling or chipping, and extending the functional life of SlipDoctors products.
- This adhesion promoter can be used with various coatings including urethanes, epoxies, acrylic sealers, stains, and paints, enhancing their life, appearance, and corrosion resistance while mitigating adhesion issues.
- Ideal for previously coated or sealed surfaces, non-sandable or non-etchable floors, and areas with potential coating failure risks, our bonding agent resolves adhesion challenges efficiently.
- Suitable for metal, granite, high-sheen porcelain, terrazzo, composite decking, concrete, and other hard, smooth, polished, or glossy surfaces, ensuring increased adhesion without altering the coating's color or sheen.
- Dependent upon base coating rates
Our bonding agent is exclusively designed to maximize the adhesion of coatings and paints on hard-to-coat surfaces and those with an increased risk of peeling or chipping. When mixed into the first coating batch, this bond adhesion promoter is recommended for increasing the functional life, corrosion resistance, appearance and sealer qualities of SlipDoctors’ products.
This product can be used in oil-modified urethanes, waterborne urethanes, moisture-cure urethanes, acid-cure coatings, UV curable coatings, epoxies, acrylic sealers, stains and paints. It is designed to increase the life and function of coatings and to reduce any bonding and adhesion problems. It can be used when overcoating previously sealed or coated surfaces, floors that cannot be sanded or etched, and floors that have a questionable level of coating failure risk.
Our bonding agent can be used with most coatings for adhesion on metal and granite surfaces, high-sheen porcelain, terrazzo, composite decking, concrete, and other surfaces that are hard, smooth, polished or glossy. It will not alter the colour or sheen of coatings.
