Returns Procedure - Easy Refunds

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction and ease of returns is important to us! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it for exchange or a refund on the cost of your purchase price.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The return must be postmarked within 30 days of the order date.
  • The product must be shipped back in its original shipping container along with at least 90% of its unused contents.
  • If an order consists of a free gift, product or samples, they must be included in the return to receive a full refund. 
  • If your order exceeds the 30-day money back guarantee period, please contact customer service for consideration.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Restocking fees may apply

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you insure your return and ship using FedEx Ground. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. 

Please note

  • Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment and the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.
  • Only products purchased online on SlipDoctors' website may be returned for refund. If you have purchased products through another sales channel (i.e. Amazon), please contact that specific vendor and follow their return instructions.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Please follow the steps below to process your return:

  1. When shipping your return, please include the Return Request form inside the box with the product. (See Item #5 below)
  2. Ship all returns to the following address: SlipDoctors Returns, 2101 Midway Rd Suite 350, Carrollton, TX  75006.  
  3. Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. A refund will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 days of the receipt of the return. An email will be sent when your refund has been processed. 
  4. Please note: If you purchased a shipping label as part of your return, the amount paid for return shipping will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
  5. Please begin the returns process by entering the email address used on the original order and the order number below.
